Bernina is introducing Version 6 software:
If you already own Bernina software, you are really going to love the new features Bernina has added to the new version 6 software. Along with many more fonts and ease of use, Bernina has incorporated Corel Draw to the new version 6 software. A really huge asset to an already great software. We are so excited about the new software and expect it in the store in October. If you would like to pre-order an update of the full version of software, please come in and leave a deposit so that you wil be the first in line to receive yours.

Bernina Mastery Classes: This series of classes designed by Bernina allows a person to go through their machine and learn all of the great things that can be done on your machine. When you are ready for your guide classes, give us a call and we will set up a time that is convenient for you and that works around your schedule. When you call let us know what model machine you have and what day and time works best for you. Bernice will then call you back and set up a class time with you. If you purchased your Bernina from our store your guide classes are free, and you can take them as many times as needed. Come and learn what your great machine can do!

Bernina Club: Barb and Bernice will be joining forces in October and December. For those of you that have Bernina machines with BSR, October is the month for you. From 10:00 to 4:00 you will be learning about your BSR attachment and all it can do for you. December is for those of you that have machines and embroidery units. You will have the opportunity to spend the whole day working on stand alone lace. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of the expertise of Barbara and Bernice. Together they have a lot of experience with Bernina machines and embroidery.

Also new on the calendar is an open sew for Christmas dolls. The machine embroidery group has done such a great job on dolls. What they do is purchase 18” dolls and make them clothes and quilts. Each doll was dressed and had at least one change of clothes and a quilt or blanket. The doll was then bagged up with the other accessories and given out in the community to children in need. Isn’t that just so awesome? We think so, and we are so proud of this group. This year they completed 20 dolls to distribute. Barbara will host two Sundays in our classroom to work on this project if you would like to help in any way. If you have questions about the dolls Barbara can be reached at the store every Saturday and in between. Great Job Girls!!
