Hard to believe it is spring time already, it seems like we just had Christmas. As we prepare this next series of classes, we realize we have another Anniversary to share with you. Can you believe we have been here for 8 years now?! A lot has changed since we shared the space with Pat next door. We had the store and classroom in the same little spot as Pat had her quilting machines. It was tight quarters, but it was the perfect way for us to start. We have been very blessed to have great customers and more importantly friends to keep us going for 8 years now, Thank You! We would love for you to help us celebrate on June 13 with a sale.
As always we have a wonderful variety of classes for you to choose from this session. We are always so excited to get our newsletter into your hands so that you can see what we have going on at the store as well as our website to provide you with the class sample pictures. As you are going through the calendar, please note the days that there is not a class going on, as you are more than welcome to come in and sew.
We hope you have had an opportunity to come in and see our newly renovated store. We are so thrilled by the positive feedback from all of you. I think our book room has become notorious. We have had a few first-timers in that ask to see the infamous book room. This is a good thing. If you have not had a chance to come in and try out the chairs, you need to allow yourself plenty of time to sit and relax.
Thank you to all of you that have entrusted us with your quilts. We are really enjoying the long arm quilting and have learned a whole lot since we started with Pat. We have made a few changes to our policies and prices so be sure to take a look at those changes listed on the long arm page and in the newsletter.
For those of you that are involved in our first Saturday program, we are finishing this year out in July (which will be the second Saturday because of Independence Day). If you are not currently involved we would love to have you join us as we start our new program in August. As we start a new program we are also trying something new that we have never tried before. The blocks in the new session will be different sizes, but will fit together beautifully in the end. You will really love these blocks. We want to say thank you once again to Ann for all of her hard work putting our first Saturday blocks together. She does and amazing job! Thanks Ann!
See you on the 20th for Meet the Teacher Night!
Sew Long,
