How hard is it to believe another year is coming to an end? We have some very exciting things in store for you this time around. As always we have a very full calendar with some old favorites, and some new and exciting things too. We are looking forward to having Jill Schumacher join us again for a repeat of machine quilting (which will fill fast) as well as a great Sashiko Sampler that is amazing. We also have some fun classes that we have offered in the past. Stack N’Whack is back by popular demand as well as Reversible Quilting and a String Quilt, all time favorites for sure. Jeannie and Winona have a fun “Going To Market” class and Deanna has two great classes that you will LOVE. Debi is back from her travels and has some great mystery classes planned. She has even talked her sister into helping her add some fun, and food, to her classes. Charlotte has a fun one and Janice is bringing the Nutcracker back for a great Christmas wall-hanging. Carole is doing her yummy French Braid and Susan is offering two fun kid’s classes. Donna is going to teach Snippets which is sensational. If you have not taken a beginning class, you really should, Janice covers all of the basics in her Beginning quilting class and just wait till you see what Rose has in store for all of you paper piecers! A few changes to our Jo’s Little Women Club will be a challenge to our Civil War collectors. If you are interested in starting our First Saturday program now is the time. Our first block was in August with 30’s and Christmas as the two color choices.
Are you excited? We are too! Do not forget to join us for Meet the Teacher Night on Monday the 30th of August. You will be able to see all of the new samples and talk to the teachers. Another date you do not want to miss is our end of the year Inventory Sale, it is a great time to purchase the backs for all of the quilts you finished this year...what?, that was your resolution in January wasn’t it? As we wrap up 2010 we wish you and your family a Very Merry Christmas!
